There is a lot of uproar in the DJ community right now about the digital revolution and it's impact on the DJing community.
Do you think that there is both aesthetic and principle issue with using ipods to DJ rather than records?
Do you think there is a qualitative difference between the serendipity that comes from walking through an album store and finding a record rather than having an algorithm in Amazon suggest things to you?

sarahbelle, you ask some very good questions. As a media/music gourmand, I welcome it in any and every form, but growing up in clubs and hanging out with DJs, I can understand the desire for posterity, and the pleasure of vinyl. I suppose my view is to welcome it all and make room for it all.
I loved his rules, they were spot on.

I liked the subject matter and the way this piece is edited
I can take lessons in saying a lot in a short amount of time.
Also loved the shot introduced with the lights then revealing the the dance floor. Also the use of stills of the dancers incorporated into the piece.

This man is amazing. The pod is crafted so beautifully. U step into this mans world and how music is part of everything he does. Also the spiritual powers of music.
The part that impacted me the most was when said music can be played in all moods, or situations. That's so true..music is a spiritual connector for all! wonderful!!!
