The public service announcements were filmed while on the Road to Hope Tour. The tour traveled over 7,000 miles in a 30-foot RV from Washington, DC to San Francisco, CA visiting 23 schools and thousands of students. The public service announcements feature the voices and faces of young adults HIV positive and negative, standing side by side. Hope's Voice believes that we all must stand together to overcome this epidemic. You may recognize a few of the faces who are speakers from Hope’s Voice. Although we did not ask the participants to disclose their status many featured are open and public about being HIV positive.

These progressive pieces bring attention to the viewer that you cannot tell one’s HIV status by looks alone and that HIV can infect and/or affect anyone. This disease does not discriminate. The participants in these two public service announcements represent a diverse group of young adults from different genders, races, sexualities, demographics and economic backgrounds. The public service announcements provide young adults education, information and a personal connection to this silent epidemic. With half of HIV and AIDS infections under the age of 25 these materials are answering the call from international leaders. We are proud to provide materials that are unique and use a peer-to-peer approach.

The person who didn't give this psa the greenlight has no basis for their arguement. The simple message, that HIV does not discriminate, is a very powerful message that the world needs to hear... Major props for putting this for the world to see! You rock my clock!

Is there a way that I can get this and show it at my church? We are doing a big push to get people to raise money for aids research. I also think that christians have a setreo type of what people with aids look like. Christians are supposed to love others and man do we screw that up especially when it comes to aids.
