Hi cgloveguru. No it wasn't a legal problem. Our programming department just didn't officially greenlight it (most likely because the subject matter -- the 2000 election isn't so Current anymore). With the new leaderboard, pieces that are very popular online and make the top spot will be aired (see my most recent blog entry for details). Happy holidays!

Well, I am new here but it is very discouraging for people who are thinking about or are in the process of making pods for Current TV.
I mean everyone loves it and it still doesn't get aired. What hope is there??

Well, I see you are trying to change things around here based on feedback and that is all that matters.
Your immediate response to get a Denver board up changed my outlook for the better.
I viewed both "Made in the USA" and "That's Unfortunate" and am very happy you are deciding to air them, good job!
