Michael and David follow a pizza delivery driver on his last day on the job.

This was a great look at something that is there in everyone's life at some point but you don't really think about it-- I thought the editing was very well done, obviously a few set-up shots and what not, but I'm guessing he is a real pizza delivery driver (I'd hope...)
Nice work *greenlight*

REEEEEAAAALLLLLY GROSS! But love it. Greenlights away.

REAL or NOT, I liked the movie. However the tricky editing needed to be more constant, or less noticeable. I don't think there was a good middle ground found yet for the cool cuts. But don't get me wrong, it was still an interesting movie that did not stray into any form of politics. There should be more stuff like this that is just plain wacky and funny, and less really preachy political films. It seems a little over done by this point.

Nice visuals (Green light for those and for the concept itself). Story could have been tighter.

I dig it. It was nice to not listen to the ranting and raving or sappy political crap, and instead see a humourous take on the everyday things.

Thank you for all of your greenlights. I just want to address the fact that I am a pizza delivery driver, but tonydistube is on to something, this is fake. It is a mockumentary on pizza delivery, but based on real things I have done or encountered while on the job. There is a longer version, but it was too gross to send to Current TV for the second contest, so this is the more tame version that got 5th. Also I agree with hermi14, the story could have been tighter, we kind of just used the last day at work as a simple plot device. Tightening my plot lines is something that I strongly need to work on. And thank you for all of your great comments on the camera angles and editing techniques. If anyone cares, I also made ONLINE: the WORLD of WARCRAFT with my buddy David and that one got 3rd in the first contest held by Current. I enjoy reading constructive criticism, so please leave me any comment (good or bad) you had about this video.

puberoni pizza...yuck!
funny as hell, though. -
um this was completely lame and uninteresting, i cant believe i wasted my time watching it. what was the point of this? i was expecting him to do something crazy or cool cause its his last day, but nothing happened. i hope this will never actually go on TV.

I really enjoyed the Pod, greenlight from me.
I loved tha camera angles, the initial credits were great, and very good editing!
Also, the concept of the "last day" I think it's very good and the way it's developed... it's the last day, but you don't have start acting like a moron for that, it's just another day... with a different "tomorrow" ;)
Very good. -
Great shooting, gerat editing, great stroytelling. Topic was slightly sophmoric, but I loved it. GL

First off, we would like to thank all of you that voted for this video in Current TV's second contest, it placed fifth out of five, which is just absolutely amazing. Even after that, the movie was a shoe-in for television. We guess that it was widely loved by the Current TV staff. Nonetheless, we would still like to thank all of you that greenlighted this video, and it is our highest greenlighted video to date. David and Michael came up with idea to chronicle the true life of Michael as a pizza delivery driver. But we then decided that the movie would have no plot, except lets follow Michael on the job. So we decided to fake the whole thing, by using the last day on the job as a basic plot. This jump from documentary to mockumentary allowed us to go gross, but we had to be careful not to cross the line between the real and the fake. One line towards the end of the video was actually, "I hope you enjoy herpes" but we ended up changing it to "puberonies". You can actually here the cut if you listen closely. After we shot the video with our terrible actors, including Michael, and cut the film in an homage to Samurai Jack, it was ready to send to Current TV. We wanted them to enjoy the video, but to completely believe everything they were seeing was an actual person in a real documentary. They bought it hook, line, and sinker, and even laughed at the delivery driver. A couple of days later, Michael on the phone with Current TV asked them if they realized who they were watching. They were blown away when they found out they had been dooped, and found a whole new admiration for the movie. Some things are real, some are based on real events, and others are completely faked. Have fun trying to figure that out for yourself. But we will say, "Just be nice to your delivery driver, because there is a lot that can happen to your pizza between the store and your house."
