The Action On Film Festival brought out stars like David Carradine in it's first year. He received the first ever AOF LIfetime Achievement Award. We showcased over 100 independent films from the U.S., Canada, Europe, China and Africa. Action on film is more than just karate chops and gun fights, the real action is how the viewer reacts to what he or she is watching. www.aoffest.com
Great Films, Great Filmmakers and a great chance to showcase your talent and tell your story.

It's cool to see something created out of nothing. Keep up the good work.

I'm glad I took the time to watch it and had the good luck to find it. I hope this is but the first, for the " Action On Film Festival" and it will enjoy a very long and successful run. Thanks for the good work!

I was at that festival and I was shocked at how nice everyone was. The place was beautiful and the films and animation were great.
Good job, keep it up!-

Great Job on the festival- the films were a hit and The venue was beautiful as well. It is hard to believe 2005 was the first year for this festival. It was an enjoyable weekend- Thanks, hope you do it again this year.

After viewing the clip I regret not being able to attend the festival last year, but will do what I can to be there this coming year. Beautiful work Mr. Weston!!

This was very interesting. I look forward to seeing more content like this. I hope to see this on the small screen soon.

Film used to be the king and TV was 2nd class. Now all the talent has moved to TV. Look at all the new films in the box office. The word SUCK is the 1st thing that comes to mind. If you have any talent at all, and some connections, understand the process you should be able to make it in Hollywood. Big deal. Film is yesterdays news. How about a we don't completely suck and boor you to death festival? Then again remember everyone; Apple Macintosh is all you need to get started :-) So buy more Macs my retirement account depends on it :-)

Well, that's one point of view. I'm not sure 'All of the talent has moved to TV' as box office and dvd sales continue to break records and there is a greater call for content than we have ever seen before. In addition, I'm not sure people submitting their work to festivals are attempting to 'boor anyone to death'. It's a learning curve for many and for others a great way to get their message out to the world. Wether they use Film Festivals, TV, Film, or Internet to realize their voice we're all for it and support them in that endeavor. And while Macintosh has made it easier to get started and complete work, their is still a lot more to it than that, especially if the work is worth watching. Thanks for your comments and thanks for watching.

Mr Weston-
Great job at the Action On Film festival. I have been to several festivals in the L.A area and I want to say that You ran it professionally. You respected the filmmakers and treated your viewers incredibly well . The selection of films was incredible. The Award Show was right up there with the Academy Awards. You and your organization are the few who actually produce an event that is professional and fun. You have truly made a believer out of me and my friends. We are AOF Fest followers for life.
Thank you,
Mackenzie Matthews
