Interview with Dan Garza, office of public liaison for President Bush. Great story parents were farm workers, didn't finish high school and how he was able to break from that and now working for the President of the United States.

    I think that the two people who commented above need to get out more. Like it or not President Bush has more people of color in his administration then Your favorite child,President Clinton. I really don't think he went out and said, ummm I need 20 African Americans, 15 Hispanics and so on. I think that is some of the problem here. There are a LOT of people , like President Bush, that do not look at color, they look at performance. This young man has proven again that with guidance from his parents and some hard choices by him you really can be anything you want to be. My heavens folks that is the American Dream. We ALL should be celebrating him.....Sadly the Bush haters can't see it through their anger stained eyes.

  • The video quality isn' that good... And unfortunately, this video was messed up once he started spouting about using his faith to make his work decisions. He works for the government. His decisions aren't supposed to be based on the Bible. He might be a nice guy otherwise, but working for Bush definitely isn't a plus. And to the poster before me, you don't seem to have any love for President Clinton since you jumped to compare, so why you were chastizing everyone else's opinions is beyond me. And Bush's looking at performance is what got us Michael Brown at FEMA, and Harriet Miers as a USSC nominee... Bush doesn't look at performance. It's all about cronyism.

    As for the pod...I'm not green lighting because...

    Too long. Condense a LOT. You could have gotten your point across with a lot less banter.

    Abrupt transitions in both your video and your audio. Fade your music out don't just cut it off.

    Audio was in and out in the interview section. Get rid of that SM58 mic. They’re made for singing and not really sensitive enough for your purpose. Work on pausing between your subject’s answer and your next question. (or lav the subject).

    I think if it had been shorter then the compression wouldn’t have destroyed the picture quality so much. You’re getting there (as am I). I liked the idea, just say what you want to say faster.
