StreetSense gives a voice not only to homelessness, but to the homeless - the people who live it every day.
StreetSense gives the homeless a chance to give back. It enables the vendors to contribute to society. The street paper is an income source that doesn't involve panhandling. It is D.C.'s first newspaper by and for the homeless.

Sweet shooting! Good story. Like he said: more than just a paper...
Love your shots -- following the stack of papers in that guy's hand,
when the camera goes from Davis' feet up to his head! But watch the lip flap when you're hearing his voiceover. It'd be nice to have some street ambi underneath those Titles -- it'll keep you there on the streets of DC. And this is just my opinion, so take it or leave it: cut the poem at the end.
I'm gonna go out and buy me a Street Sheet and a greenlight! I wish they'd come out with a new issue more often. -
This is what Current TV should be about: an involved story, informing, from a political point of view, but not evangelical. Air it, Current!
