  • more. more. more. whos next to spotlight?
  • Cool angle on an interesting issue .. Great Footage!
  • Graff is underground shit plus video graff already did this and I was happy with that. All is good though, I wouldn't see the point in making a tv show out of it.

  • I agree to some extent, we where approached by a big company about doing a reality type graffiti series for Tv like the Real World meets Sf Graffiti. We declined, thinking it a horrible idea. This I feel is different. its not a major network like cbs or nbc and would only air once. Also the series would not focus only on graffiti writers. Most of the people on current seem to be more open minded about topics like this then the regular run of the mill viewer.
  • That is sick. It's cool to see more hard core stuff on Curent TV. Big ups, keep up the good work. What's next?

  • sweet! did you have any problems with 'authorities' getting this on here?
  • nice. very well done. you get the green.

only thing I would say, would be a little less of the graphics and logo at head as it takes a long time to get into the meat for such a short piece.

  • This is some real shit. Good work. In BKLYN we don't really go after the freight trains (running the country) all we have is the system but you can't the lines anymore. So all your work is stationary. The frieghts: that's some wild shit, & daylight bombing, Those demonic night shots, FRESH. Excellent work: both of you. One thing? And this is a compliment. How about some more of Diet's pieces. How long has he been bombing? Would be the only question. This pod'll be up sooner than later.
  • pretty cool.
    peachies
  • I'll green light this and give you your props as a fellow writer. Your style reminds me of SICKER1 and a little bit of T-Kids older shit. Hope to see you on the tracks one day kid. Keep it up and hold it down for the most resourceful artists out there. Piece.

  • My only question is why just a name? Why not leave something more though provoking? Whatever....it was cool.
  • The GF and I liked it, but the story portion was more intertesting then the repeated flashes of various tags/pieces. If some editing was done on the length and a reworking of the narrative to better move the viewer through the story was done, I'd greenlight it. AS it is now, the middle portion lags a bit.

  • grizzy green'd it. maybe I'm a geek for saying this, but I always read the credits at the end, and yours were a bit quick.....maybe slow them down if possible?
  • Cool pod! GreenLiGHT!
  • I have some comments: cool!

  • awesome video... shows that tagging isn't always about destruction and crime, but can also be beauty and passion
  • I love San Francisco, thank you for this piece
  • Beautiful film style. Him getting caught would be a better ending (Redlight for the artist - Greenlight for the pod)

  • Yeah, this piece is cool. I noticed that a lot of you have questions about graffiti art. You should check out this feature documentary film called Piece By Piece. It documents the history of graffiti in San Francisco and offers a unique insight on this controversial subculture. I think it was done by the same filmmakers too.

  • diets a fuckin legend, big ups for this one, more live painting footage is all i could ask for
  • and hell no on puttin it on tv, it doesnt belong there, just like commercials dont either
  • love graffiti artists, especially those who do the trains:-) i'd like the pod better though if i could learn a bit more about the guy-what REALLY moves+ inspires him; is it risky? and may be more close ups..
    good editing/pace though..

  • I liked the cuts, the coloring, and the music. I think it would be stronger if it featured an artist doing more than repeating his alias, but it was cool to hear his story and see the work in progress.
  • this is a pretty cool piece-i really don't like graffiti artists -cause they be messing up my hood and the city really ain't really got the money to paint over that ish. ya know its like i live in the hood and the city tries to clean it up but the damn graffiti artists keep on messing everything up. If you guys wanna "make a mark" yo get into advertising or something or try drawing on a notepad. Overall this was a good piece and the editing was great!
  • I'm taggin' this one with some green spray paint. This guy is kind of like an outlaw in his own right. It's pretty cool. I liked the music and the editing. Good one.
  • I love SF!

  • nice job. lit you up green.
  • Really cool piece, great work.
  • You know, I live in New York City and always wondered how these guys did this Graffit. They have laws against it here but it sure is an art form. Love the editing between night photog and day. Terrific editing on this, well done. Greenlight BABY!
