Finally a video that breaks with the tabues of an exercise that is merely thought to be a work for strippers, while it has benefits enviable to many top sports in an amusing way. Very well directed and professionally documented. Hope to see more work like this on TV. Congratulations. Andres

Okay...here is my opinion...

1. I would have liked to see Susan's fantastic closing statements higher up in the piece. What she said about women needing a safe place to express themselves and their sexuality, etc. was great, and gave the piece less of a tawdry angle. I didn't particularly like hearing so much from the men...like, if this is for women's sexual liberalization, I don't need to hear so much from the men as much as the women, and how they feel about themselves when they're doing it.

2. Less from Susan at the beginning, otherwise it sounds like a commercial for her fitness center.

3. FANTASTIC SHOOTING!!!

4. Great editing, although I feel like some soundbites were repetitive. I think the piece could have been shorter, and more focused on different women. I liked the woman at the end (with the 18 year old kid).

5. I was interested in taking a class like this, and even doing a piece on it myself...I got to see what a class was like...However, I would've liked to see a less polished performance, or at least less music in the background, because then the whole thing watches like a strip tease or a fitness video performance rather than what it's really like at the studio...I would have liked to hear the instructor instructing, instead of just watching pole dancing with music.

6. Overall, cool piece, good interviews, great shooting and editing, very professional looking. Thanks for this contribution.

NIce piece. Although, I come from a family of Ballet dancers and they would cringe at the comparison made between pole dancing and Ballet! But, I won't mention it to them. Besides, I'm sure they would have made more money as pole dancers! Sorry Mom!

Nice job. Interesting pod. I don't agree with Kristy about the men being in it. I think that it adds interest having the husbands and boyfriends take on it. That may just be the difference in the way a man sees it compared to the way a woman sees it. Since it is a Current pod it might need just a little more tightening up.

This looks like lucky number 2 for you guys.

Thanks for your comment Kristy, but I want to explain to you why this piece is made the way it is.
1. As you should know TV is meant to inform, entertain and educate. This pod is not meant to be a high level intelectual video, we want the audience to relax, have fun and a good time watching it.
2. At the beginning you can see Susan talking a little about what she has done previously in her career, this sustains what she is actually doing and why she is doing it, and it is not intended to be a commercial at all.
3. Adding the men interviews we are giving the pod a more objetive point of view and the perspective from both angles. We see what women think so why not see what men also think.
4. What you say about doing a piece on it yourself, well I think that being in China there most be plenty of stories to be told, better go out there and find a story.

This is an excelent exercise for women! They can feel more sexy, and their husbands will not have to go to a table dance anymore because they will have their own on their houses!! It was an excellent idea to make a video of this new concept in order to make promotion of it. Girls: don't be shy and practice it!!

I agree with everyone, the tech quality is great. But this is such an old story. Mainstream has been carrying this one for several years - don't they sell poll exercise dvds?? Besides, how she's expressing her God-given talents is way corny. What? Did she say it this is a sacred place, just women around women...oh, behave. Good commercial for her studio though.

Can't greenlight. Current needs orginality, not long format commercials!

After doing this pod I noticed that there are dvds in the market and that it is an exercise grabbing a lot of attention out there, but before this I didn't knew it even existed and for the comments below I can tell there are many more out there that haven't heard of this before, that is why came the idea.
It is not intended to be a commercial at all, but if the community thinks I should put something away because it sounds like it, please let me know and we would happily do it.
