I'm really feelin it.. it's inspiring..not enough to get me out of graffiti no.. but still... something about it.. I'm feelin it. Send my reguards if you ever get in contact with this kid again.

ummm its really nice and all, epspecailly with the nice dramatic touch at how he was at the hands of faith by a butcher knife, but seriously guys, this has already been done. Current already did a video featuring a graffitii artist in england that did the same thing. they show him open up protected bill boards and spraying red-dot bullet holes on the illistrated models forehead AS WELL AS out lining shadows on motor cycles, lamp post and such, how ever he did use paint. way to stick it to the vandal squad, bet they werent expecting chalk LOLZ.
btw son in the fitted acted like he never seen contemp art before
LOL @ these look like humps-

This crap is such a rip-off.
ZEVS in paris was doing shawow outlines of sports cars, map posts etc way back in the mid-90's with space invader. Get your heads out of your asses. This is BULLSHIT.

This was AMAZZZIINNNGGG... sofa king cool. (Twilight, I hope I can say that). Great job!
-
I saw this over the weekend and loved it! Next time I'm in NYC I hope I can catch some of his work.
-
Really cool. I loved it. It was so interesting and different. Some commented, "This has been done before." Well I've never seen it, so I found the clip very enlightening. Even if it had been done before, each artist brings his own unique perspective to their craft, so let's empower all of them. Nice work!

a french artist "ZEUS" has already done these stuffs!!!
-
I've also seen this done by and artist in Portland, Oregon in the late 80's or early 90's. It's not unheard of but so what. I thought the pod was interesting and it told the story of one person's expression. It's not like Ellis Gee has claimed patent rights or anything. It's a STORY...not an invention. Good Job John C.

Hey
So we met while you were interviewing me for that Punjabi peice you were making. I was the girl with the dress eating on the stoop. Anyway, I checked out Current as you suggested and really like it. Your work is also very good. By the way, a guy you interviewed for the Gordon Parks peice was an old roommate of mine. Small world.
So listen, what you are involved in (from the kung fu-hip hop to the DIY tv) is really interesting to me. I would like to talk to you about some of my ideas. You can email me at Lauren.Kritzer@gmail.com.-

This was a great story about a really interesting subject. I don't think it matters if other people in the world have also come up with a pretty obvious idea. I once I traced my mothers shadow in 1978. Does that make me the ACTUAL pioneer of this technique? Art is not always about originality. It is also about presentation and context.

fucking sick with it.
I like the night shots.

-
badass. im kinda over graffiti sh%t, but i like this twist... he seems like a humble guy which is nice to see in such an ego-driven game. i like it when the cop says 'this is art?' - is it?

Very cool. -
Daredevil # 285. October 1990 Ann Nocenti.I agree with the consensus that this pod does a good job at showing one artists work with an established technique.

I really hate to say but I've seen a lot of this kind of work, and done a lot better. I say sorry because I hate negative people and here's me being just that. Thought it worth commenting though as if you hunt around you'll find much of the same.
