Good to see a Rant, we need more of these! Picked a good character too.
BEST,
AMANESS -
Great rant. I would get rid of the intro and just go to the question.
I love to hear southern accents. Darn Californians have no accent! I should move to the South... cheaper too; what the hell am I doing living in San Francisco anyway.
Hey, just a little rant. -
Ill have to agree, the intro was not needed. Thanks for the comments.
-
Hell, I like the guy -- he cares and he gets his message across. And I'm no NASCAR fan, either. GL.

Expressed my sentiments EXACTLY! Nascar is dead. I stopped watching in the early eighties except for a few races here and there. I think we need a new Nascar class, where they use actual CARS. Yeah, like the ones we all drive everyday. Only a few mods allowed for safety and maybe some engine tweaking and exhaust and so on. But basically the car must retain most of the factory stock features like stock sillouette. It would be cheap to prepare a car since no expensive modifications would be allowed. Everthing would be about stock. Hey! We could name them 'Stock Cars" lol

always great to see a hard core race fan tell it like it is (at least in his eyes). the subject is about passion, although no cars were seen in the pod, the passion comes across. props!
-
This guy is great!!! It is nice to see someone so passionate about an all American pass-time.
-
Being a NASCAR fan myself, this is a subject that should be explored. It would be interesting to get a counter-point from the NASCAR royalty...My favorite time spent in NC has been at NASCAR races...loved the pod!
GL. -
I dig this piece, I saw the early version and this one is alittle smoother.
It great how direct it is, the sincerity of your subject in addition to his character is what holds your attention. nice word play on the title too.
lemme know what you think of mine: link -
Well, personally, I'm not into the whole nascar thing at all...but something about this guy struck me as being genuine, so I'm giving it a greenlight for that:)

I am not a fan of NASCAR at all, however, what was once a true, on the ground, American institution, has become a corporate sideshow.
Give it a couple of more years, if it gets much more popular, it will be on Pay Per View so even fewer people can watch for free. Ah the American dream lives on.
Good luck to the real race fans, I may not understand your sport, but I admire your conviction.

I think that this man is a longtime Nascar race fan and is passionate about racing and the sport. I think this was a great piece that is informative for those that know little about the sport. He was able to educate and inform. Great piece!

Great story to tell to the public because its different than the normality of journalists. Its a story many would overlook. I love it. GL

nice work here. I learned a lot from this.
if you get a chance, please check out my pod "generation debt". I would really appreciate your feedback. GL from me. -
Napcar, thats what I call it. Its a racing series that now you need to know somebody with money to get into the series. I prefer the grass roots racing what ever it may be. Local heros hanging it out for a $1000 or less purse. Now thats some of the best racing you will see.
