A guy ist standing in a nice area. He is only looking into the sky, his earphones of the cellphone on and holding it into the air like taking a picture. suddenly the phone rings and he is transportet back into his world...realizes he is looking like a weirdo and walking off...

Without your desciption, it'd be hard to understand the concept. You chose a difficult setting to film - subject with sky in the background. I understand that increasing the exposure to see the bystander's faces would cause the sky to be over-exposed. Otherwise, if you keep it as-is, I recommend having some quick close-ups to capture their reactions.
