A quick journey from Los Angeles to Eastern Turkey, following a half-American, half-Turkish girl for a visit with her relatives abroad. A positive, quick peek at the relationships between family members and friends. Director, Resmine Atis, pieces together footage shot over the years, on several trips to Istanbul and to her grandparent's village in the East, shattering stereotypes and showing us that life isn't as different as we may think.

Great film. I am American, but Turkey is in my soul, I've studied the language and music most of my life.
