This piece has good production value - minus the sound. If possible, I would suggest working a bit more on the sound and then re-uploading. This might help get your piece the GL. Good story!

Great piece, very motivational! Loved the pacing of the story. I did want to see more of the diary/poem, I feel they were to quick. Great work. GL.

Beautiful story. It was not clear to me the timeline of Renee's recovery and I think that's essential for a more powerful depiction. Oct 2004 is mentioned and the diaries indicate dates, then Renee's friend says she was misdiagnosed for ten years--that was intriguing and confusing. Over what period of months did crucial events take place? How long did recovery take place? Maybe superimposing month/year at certain points and on the before/after stills can help.
Having interviewed many people who have faced enormous life challenges, these questions also came to mind: What exactly was her physical experience of recovery? The BF mentions modalities but what worked? How did Renee's understanding of beauty and self-worth change? What beliefs did she relinquish in order to move towards healing? Why was her family not mentioned? If you continue with Truth, maybe the answers to those questions can be made more clear.
Thanks for producing this! (BTW, not bad to have Robert Allen on one's fundraising team!) Please enjoy Crazed: The Belly Dance-

What a nicely accomplished, polished piece of work. Bold, courageous, articulate. I agree with the number 6 comment. Clarify the chronology.

Very inspirational. A true example of the power of free will, when making the right choices. I also think you constructed the piece with great production values, which grasps the audience attention from beginning to end. GL from me!

A great case for taking charge of one's life. Even against the odds there are choices. The story moves along nicely and found I don't need much detail outside of the general idea of what this is about. Great job!

Hello again. I hope you're going well. I am trying to speak for those who cannot where I live in Peru, South America. I'm trying to get their voice out of those impoverished and unable to help. Could you please take a moment to view my recent re-upload of The Voice of the Murmurs. I'm trying to get input, suggestions, and insight into my piece. I appreciate your work and would value your insight and support into trying to speak for those who cannot. Thank you for your widsom and input. Cheers~ Danielmklopp~

10 Years of misdiagnosis. . .
There should be a whole other story about that because that makes me sick. Much of what she went through could have been avoided if a whole trend of doctors were trained to listen to their patients rather than their own ideas. This is far too common I fear.
Great work. You've got my vote. -
I like the pod, but the animation of the photos in the beggining need a little work. other than that it's a very well managed pod.

Would there be anyway to re-do the sound of the interview for the beginnig? The hiss and the pops right at the beginning make for a rough start. I'll check back later, because there's definately a story here.

WOW. What an amazing pod. One of the most beautiful and touching that I've seen on all of CurrentTV. The interviews are incredible, and I appreciate the multiple perspectives. The b-roll shots are beautiful too.
As a survivor of a brain tumor myself, I totally identified with the entire struggle that she went through. I was sick for five years (!) before I got diagnosed, and I had to do the same exact thing that she did: beg for an MRI. I looked healthy, but I didn't feel that way, so it was a matter of convincing the doctors that I was sick. I really, really admire her attitude and her willingness to tell her story to bring awareness. I would like to do the same thing, since my condition is one that often goes undiagnosed too. She's very, very lucky, and her story is one that needs to be heard.
I sincerely hope this gets on TV... I give it a big GL, and I hope you keep making films as great as this!
