First a funky Pop Secret spot, then a legit cooking show? Who are you guys? Teaches me to watch at 2 AM -- now I'm going to be hungry for the rest of the night. I like that the recipe is a creative combination of flavors, and looks easy to prepare (although the sausage gravy may be a bit much). In any case, a fun, nicely paced cooking segment -- GL from me!

GL, man. Definitely GL. Hilarious. And the food...it looks fucking awesome. Seriously. You belong on the Food Network. It's also impressive that you did this all by yourself. You do need a better lighting and audio set-up, but that shit can be bought, borrowed, etc.
My point is that you have stage presence and the food looked fucking delectable. As a large, hungry dude from Kentucky who likes comfort food, I can say that with full confidence. -
