Pod the Globe Productions interviewed local Ocean Beach, CA residents in an attempt to answer the question: Is Ocean Beach a homeless paradise? This short is centered on discovering unique perspectives of the communities in which we live.

  • In this piece we attempt to ask the question: Is Ocean Beach, Ca a homeless paradise? It was great talking with the homeless, the hobos, and the beach bums. We learned so much of the good love that this unique culture provides. The results were very different than we first expected and we're happy to share this perspective with you.

    O.B. Where The Rif Raf Meet The Sea.
    P.S. Oddly no mention of the drugs, gays that pray on runaways , or the gestapo police force that will bust u on a wim.

  • i found it to be entertaining, and almost voted yes. it's got very good production, and well edited. the only thing, it's strangely sunny and bright, when the subject matter has a very real dark underbelly.

  • Interesting video but not OK for TV. I have a little brother in law that is homeless in OB. WHat is not mentioned in this short is the drugs and the violence that are very prevalent and dangerous. It's so sad to see these sweet people unaware of the position they are putting themselves in
