WK INTERACT has been around since i can remember. Revolutionary and rebellious mix of free art with a touch of industrial outofspace. Though he has a prolific carrer in design and graphic arts he says he will continue to make art for the street, such as the images shown in this video i recorded on a very chilly winter afternoon. "It's freedom," he says. "Anyone can look at it without paying" A great artist and approachable person. Definately one of my very favorites.

Nice pod, I admire street artists, they are some of the greatest artists of our time and largely unknown to their audience, so I appreciated the pod on that level. I just wish you had shot closeups of the art, some of it was very hard to see in the video. But I enjoyed this, and the music gave it a real urban flavor. GL! Check out my latest pod when you can. -zen

Agreed. The world is our canvas. Art can happen, anytime, anywhere. I especially love street artists and artists using stenciling and use of inconspicuous spaces... especially stuff likeTHIS
I wish I could see a little bit more , what they are doing, it is difficult to see detail on the art.

Hey.
Clearly your intentions are great. Street art is accessible art, both in how it's put together and when and by whom it can be seen.
But as a viewer, I didn't get to clearly see the art in this pod. I also didn't get to see the artist, not in a close-up. What did his face look like while he was working? If you're trying to show his creative process, you need to show a progression from one point to another. Concept to sketch to revisions to execution. If you show less of this process and don't show tight reaction shots, you defeat the purpose of what motion pictures do best. Sorry to be harsh, but what I saw was a fragment of this artist's process, and not a terribly interesting part of it. What was he trying to accomplish? Ask him. On camera. Were there any surprises along the way? Ask him. What did the finished piece look like? How did people react to it? How did he react to it? You have to photograph these kinds of things if you want a piece with more dimension. This project is begging for close-ups.
Be bold. Find the defining moments and capture them. -
wow some comment here bellow ha!
Not all work posted needs to be film or tv oriented! There are many pieces we make in order to share with the community and this is one of them!
Cmon lets chill out with the rush to be on TV and all that stuff.
FYI street artists prefer to be disguised, though WK needs no introduction....or close up.....and if you dont know his work there is always google!
some of my pieces are not obvious i like it that way. for hard-core documentary there is "Tolerance is Freedom"-

I think it deserves a GL. Captures the energy of the Street Art in action, with other cameras capturing the work, people passing by, artist enjoying himself, music pacing along with the Big City. Personally, I have never witnessed such work taking place, so it's also informative.
It'd be interesting to have your comments on my work. Good luck! -
Indeed, all forms of expression are valid, even more on this free format that CTV is. This pod got me interested in the art, and realized that there was a lot of footage documented, I just wish I could see more of his work up close.
Good Track.
If you have time, stop by and check "New Year's Favorite". -
The great potential was lost here because you offered only 'coverage' instead of the story. Indeed, without your text description the entire pod would be void and without form. Where is the actual artwork? You never got close enough to see it. Did the artist have his own words - did he want the work to speak for itself? Questions that were, alas, never approached.
