    BTW: From what I understand, Harry Houdini wasn't as big as you suggest... he was BIGGER.

  • I really love your voiceovers. The mix of dry with and observation you bring to your pods is truly unique. The overall effect of this pod is somewhere between a real 60's era human interest story from the network news and current snarky social commentary like the Daily Show... in a good way!

  • nice comparison with Houdini...never really thought of it before, but then i've never witnessed any of Blaine's "magic" and don't really find him interesting except for the oddity of his confinement fetish being put on display for money. I GL'd for that reason..you took a topic i have little interest in and made it interesting.
    BTW, i agree...that was a good Tony Curtis movie.

    Things I liked: voice over was well paced and written...doesn't hurt that i enjoy your voice like some NPR commentator
    Things I didn't like: your video pancakes graphic at the beginning kind of took me out of the story...i liked it better at the end

  • I really liked your NPR-ish approach to this story. Very whimsicle. GL. I'd like to make one comment. The transition between the intro and the main body of the piece was a little choppy. Other than that great job.
