If you're going to shoot this kind of stuff, you should use a tripod. When you hand hold with a zoomed camera you get a ver unsteady picture. If you have to be on the move then a monopod is your next best choice. You've got a good message. It deserves a bit more work on the production side. There's a lot of good advice on this site on producing your videos. Also, a few nice closeups would really help. TV is best for mediums and closeups
Good luck.-

Desire,
I like what you're trying to do. I do. But capturing a great event on film doesn't necessarily make for a great film.
Consider this. Purely on the level of shot vocabulary, what you've got are a series of long shots of a big dark room with a performer at a considerable distance from the viewer. Even if it was Parliament Funkadelic or Miles Davis on stage, it still wouldn't be a proper use of the medium. To my thinking, what would work well would be close-ups of the performers, in single close-ups, in pairs and in shots that have other performers in the background. You could also have extreme close-ups of fingerings during solos. If you have dancers, you'd need shots that allow you to see their moves, like tilt shots that start on their feet and move up.
Photographing musicians isn't easy, since looking at music being played is fairly unemotional and literal, compared with the experience of listening to it. So you took on a difficult task.
Even if you're out in the audience, you've either got to be closer to what you want to photograph or you've got to have a longer lense, not to mention a tripod. Also, think of your shot selection. If you're in the audience, consider a few reaction shots of the crowd. It can be helpful when you edit down your footage. And you don't need to show everything.
Don't be discouraged! This is how you learn about shot selection, so you have something you can better edit later.
Keep doing!
