A fresh and cool insight on a really intriguing band ~ one man band Royce. I had the pleasure of seeing Big Brother once by chance in a nearby town. Astonishing to see and engrossing to hear; a completely enjoyable overload of the senses to partake in. And this video does a fantastic job of giving us an inside peek inside the Big Brother Band world. I was thrilled to see it posted! Good luck to Big Brother Band and his side show; and to the creators of such a well done doc.

l liked this piece it was very interesting and very high production value. `i felt like it really wanted to be a longer documentery. I was given too many questions to be answered in the given time, like you started talking about the characters with the bunny outfit and I was gearing up to see them but I just got a taster and moved on. I've never seen big brother so I don't really know what they do or he does. Again this is a great piece and being online is probably great publicity. I defenatly gave it the GL but I was torn cause on one hand I wanted it to be a longer documentry and see some more of the band and him, on the other for a current piece I wanted it to be shorter.

Anyway a bit of a ramble take it or leave it.

Thanks for pointing me to your piece. As you can see I spend so much time producing I'm guilty of not checking out enough pods. First of all, wow, such professionalism. Seriously. I don't come across a lot of pods with production value like this. You framed the subjects great , used a boom and got great sound, had a really fantastic character, b-roll shots were on the money. As far as production value, home run. I'm a little discouraged that this hasn't been scooped up by Current. Hopefully my GL will give you a boost up the rankings. A couple of suggestions from my experience with Current. It runs a tad long, maybe shorten it by a minute or two. Show a little bit more of him actually doing his thing while he's explaining it. That way we grasp the mad talent this guy has even more, because that is the story. Lastly, try and keep the boom shadow off the subjects and out of the camera view. I use a boom stand a lot to remedy this problem. But I love this piece, I would love to see it on TV. Keep producing with this style, I think you'll go far with it. And thanks for your support.

Big Brother is the man! I've had the pleasure of seeing him play countless times and done a quite a few shows with him as well. Always a memorable experience! With great stage presence and an important message, he encourages all of us to speak our minds and protest the things that others may be afraid to talk about.

hey there! GL all the way. Thanks for your comments on Nicky's Tea too. I really enjoyed this, it is brilliantly filmed, in terms of production one of the best pieces I've seen on Current. I would be very surprised if this doesn't get picked up. My only comment if I could offer one, would be to include more footage of Royce playing his music and doing the incredible thing of banging his guitar on the drumkit, while also singing... Very cool! I loved this video. Excellent job on the video...it was interesting and never got stale. It kept my attention. Great to see more cool stuff comming out of the MI.
