    Nice James! GL!-- And I'm a vegetarian! I like how you mention the chemistry of the food, and you're also very sensitive to your audience. Since you have so many installments, why not have a nice opening with music and titles?--with shots of, say, you shopping at the market, the exterior of your house, a dinner party etc.
