Gela - you are SUCH an inspiration...thank you!

I wish there were more visual elements and persuasive images in this piece to help explain the program more. Before and after photos, some video, maybe an interview with a doctor or other people who are trying the raw food lifestyle. That would really help sell this piece more.

I totally agree with Jonathan, this is good subject but needs more work, it is amazing the result and would like to see the process, photos or videos during the diet, more people that has gone through the same process.

Hi Angela, Great info and dedication. I lost 70lbs going vegetarian but haven't got past a week at a time raw. I do about a week a month.
Jonathan makes great points as some variety would tighten the piece. Also choose your words wisely, "fecal elimination" might scare some people away ;-).
Check out my pod and let me know what you think, Cliff -
Angela,
Your sweet spirit shines through here. The discipline required for feasting for 92 days seems daunting, but I KNOW that it is possible for anyone and that what you did is deeply healing and cleansing. You are indeed an powerful inspiration..
Thank you,
Susan

It may be a little disjointed for those who haven't followed Gela over her 92 day juice journey, but this is her final instalment in her amazing feat - that a person CAN survive on juices and more importantly live on the raw abundance that nature has provided for us. Fear stops us going against the norm but Gela has gone beyond her comfort zone to listen to her body and act accordingly. What a magnificent effort! If only I could connect with my spirit in this way........

Gela, your spirit shines through on this video. Thank you for being so vulnerable with us and sharing your journey. My suggestion is to make your videos three minutes or less. That will force you to focus on what is important to share.

Great info. I am a vegan myself (though not a raw foodist) and I really appreciate the philosophy behind raw foods. The only thing I would add might be some more information about raw/vegan foods and some more footage to supplement the long talking head sequence. GL!

HELLOOOOO beautiful people :)
Thanks so much for all your comments and messages here...I really appreciate all the suggestions given - yes, making another video that has more abt my whole story and raw foodism in general is definitely another project that I'll have rolling soon ;) In fact, there was a Pod with me discussing those kinds of issues on Current before - it was myself and Matt Monarch and the name is 'In The Raw'...it aired late in 2006 abt 15 times on Current...
This Juice Feasting piece was very specific in nature, as it was smthg I wanted to film to share the end of my epic juicing journey - so, that's why it doesn't have much other info in it, but I am DEFINITELY inspired now to get more vids out there to share other aspects of my work and passion ;)
All love and thanks to you all,
Angela. xxx -

Angela, your eyes say it all. I had the pleasure of seeing you last April in Los Angeles at Erewon with Matt Monarch. You looked wonderful then but now you look phenomenal! It is as though you are floating on a cloud. Please continue writing and encouraging us.

Loved it, but not ready for TV. Too long. In the first 6 minutes, it goes on and on. Make a couple of edits. Bring the whole piece down to about 5 minutes. Then it'll be ready for TV. I loved the honesty of the piece and I feel an emotional connection to this girl. It's just too long for TV.

Loved the testamonial for raw living and juice "feasting." Change your diet, change your life.... how cool is that!

I have watched Angela on her 52 min. interview with Jinjee from www.Thegardendiet.com
and she is amazing, I resonate with her because I need to lose 65 lbs. and I have been trying to go raw for over 5 years. Please air this for the entire interview. We as in Humans, take better care of our car pipes and house pipes than we do our bodies. Cleansing, juicing and transitioning to a Raw Food Lifestyle is the answer. Of course the Pharmaceutical companies and Conventional thinking Doctors will not be so Happy...but We ALL must take back control of our bodies and stop relying on strangers to tell us what to do. Our bodies are amazing IF we would just change from SAD ( Standard American Diet) to RAW!!! The energy you will experience is amazing. My blessing and energy I send to Angela and anyone else who will be blessed to witness her stories. Namaste' Celissa -
Very iteresting, I don't know how I would do drinking all my meals. I love eating raw veggies, but I have tried some jucied veggies that were unpleasant.
Ben & Jerry have to strong of a hold on me. If I let them melt would they count?
