Homeless, native american puts OUR shoes on and takes us on a journey, where we can learn about the current issues. In a visual montage we will se how WE exploit our mother nature and how our society members act with inequality, unawaress, imbalance and lack of harmony.

  • whoa. Just as I was beginning to think I uderstood this short film, a deeper message unfolded. GREAT WORK to whoever put this peace together! Sick music and video edits.

  • This was really good, but I'm not sure if it's a Current TV pod, I could be mistaken, but a pod is a short story, this is more of an avant garde experimental film.

    The positive: I love the transitions and the filmmaking style of the piece. The music is great, and haunting and works well with your VOs. It's a film in every sense of the word and I love it as a film.

    The negative: while visually stunning, I don't see it as a current pod as defined by Current's pod training guide. Check out the training guide on what makes a good story, to see why I am saying this. Also (and this is just my eyes here), there is one scene when you walk to the left out of the white building, and all other walking scenes you walk to the right, not sure if that was by design or not, but it bothered my eye. Other than that it's visually perfect.

    I think this would be a great SXSW or ResFest entry, have you considered submitting it to one of these indie film festivals instead? This piece could easily land you a spot at the judges table.

    Was this shot in San Diego? The skyline looks familiar to me.

  • I loved the style you used and the overall production. However, I kind of agree with Zens analysis of it maybe not being what Current usually airs. BUT ya never know. I gave it a GL. Good luck!
