I'm on the fence on this. There's something about it that's very infectuous, but it doesn't come together fully for me. If there was some way to better connect hot dog man with the skaters, I'd be more inclined to GL. I'll reserve that for now, though.

If the hot dog read me poetry, rode the skateboard, and cooked gourmet food, he would be the hot dog of my dreams.
This definitely is not a full pod - but it could be. Make it Chicago style.. or Bacon wrapped.
