Helmets Attract Cars to Cyclists

Cars being scared of hitting you still won't make a lick of difference in those situations when they don't see you in the first place. Or when the bicyclist is at fault. Or when another component causes the accident. In that split second as you're falling toward the pavement, right before your head cracks on the concrete, you'll still think to yourself, "wow, I wish I had a helmet on."

I don't wear a helmet on the street, I should, I wear one on the trail.
No good reason though. It's just a nuisance around town.

Most drivers are running on auto pilot anyway.
I cannot rely on the "skill" of drivers.
I'll continue to roll Ninja. No lights. Off the radar...
