  • Wow. Incredible across the board on every level. The opening shot is beautiful and we learn the stakes early, get introduced to the problems, the attempted solutions and a resolution that offers hope and challenges the audience to action. I am moved and blown away. Fellow producers, take notes! I can go on but will let someone else take the floor!
  • A lovely film. The world needs a reminder that poverty still exists... Well done.

  • You are speaking for those who cannot. I am grateful to see your effort, passion, and beauty through this piece. The expressions of faces are well recorded. You've done well with scenes, themes, and the entire piece is moving and beautiful, yet a wake up call for all. Thank you for sharing this. I hope to see you continue on with this piece. GL from me. Keep sharing with us, the voices of those who cannot speak this far. Danielmklopp~
  • I appreciate seeing films like this being submitted to current. It appears you have some great footage of the landfill sites. If you have the time/resourses, I hope you consider producing a short film portraying the lives of the people whose subsistence relies on foraging through the waste of others. That is another story that needs to be told. Keep hope alive.

  • Great footage and info. I have some friends who've been taking yearly trips to Guatemala in order to build homes and secure resources for families there. GL!

  • A wonderful story, well shot, well narrated, and very relevant. A place close to home that all of us can find a way to help out if not only by just talking and educating people on it, by also finding more on this and other organizations that can be assisted. I was awed by the garbage dump footage. Hope we can get this to TV.

Saludos
  • If we, as a human civilization cannot care for our children, we have no right to exist.

Be the change you want to see in the world.

Thank you for the awareness, and greatness of the story.
  • This looks really great. A lot of the shots were very well composed for documentary. Partically most of the activity shots were a perfect reflection of having a great eye for imagery. Great work!
  • tells its own story - straightforward and compelling.
  • This is a great story, well told and well put together with some great shots. This has to be shown on tv! x
  • Un excelente trabajo que refleja la vida de los niños en el basurero de la zona 3 en Guatemala.

  • great piece. the visual imagery is really captivating..i have never seen anything like the garbage images...i like how you worked with the subtitles and left the natural sounds of what was happening audible throughout....gl from kendallfresh
  • Great video about a powerful ministry. Just a tip: the word "organisation" is misspelled in the subtitles.

  • This is a superb little film that captures the essence of plight and struggle through the ironic faces of smiling, happy, care-free children. It is really nicely shot and as an editor myself merit the way it has been composed to tell the story with moving soundtrack and good narration. The scene of juxtaposition between the children jumping together in their playground, and the adults struggling to move the truck in the waste ground is fantastic and very moving. I truly hope this gets screened as it is an exemplary example of filmmaking.

  • Great film, really moving.
  • Absolutelly great, that's my country but I'm currently living in the caribbean. Although I've been away for a while still remember haven seen that situation and the huge heart of the people that make this kind of projects come true, congratulations to them and blessings for you.
    Memo_Aju
  • Just a little correction, people is not moving the truck, they're following the "just arrived" truck to be the first ones to get in what is on it, There's nothing to be pruod about but it's just the reality.
    Memo_Aju
  • not quite sure what you mean by 'a little correction' memo ...as I never implied people were moving the truck, thanks for the vote though
  • Great work, very moving and a great promo for the charity. I liked the use of text rather than voice over and it was very balanced in the level of hope / despair you were left feeling by the end. Dirested and edited with sensitivity. GL and Good Luck.
