Could've been smoother throughout, especially the ending, but I liked the content very much. I'd give my mother a kidney, but still I'd think about it, let alone giving it to a stranger. Short and sweet. GL.

What I liked about this documentary was how John depicts his compassion for others. How he would give his life to save another. ..a true hero!
I met John via telephone just 2 months ago as I was looking for people who were talking about 9/11 in the here and now...those individuals who are dying due to the inhalation of the asbestos and pulverized cement among other toxins from Gorund Zero. As a family member who has lost her FDNY Firefighter brother I know that if David was alive today he would be among those dying and I know just from that thought alone that I must be an adovcate speaker on behalf of those who need help. I am here to help raise funds on behalf of 9/11 Responders. Thank you John! Ihope this makes it to TV. -
Thanks for getting John and his message out there. We can only hope it hits TV and that people are reminded of the tragedy that just keeps taking away...

It definitely needs some clean up but I like this piece more than your others, that seem more like plugs for the site then complete pieces. This one, if pushed further, could become a really good story about the feelings and worries going into a kidney donation. I saw these guys on Sierra Club Chronicles and I really admire them. Thanks for pushing their stories.

Profound. Needs a better soundtrack. GL. Think about b-roll and some statistics regarding transplants. How many, what kinds, does what he do happen often?

People need to know what is really going on after 9/11. so many people dont realize how sick the rescue workers are. or what they have to deal with and how the government doesnt want to help...this needs to be aired everywhere.

Gets my GL, but you need to complete the story. The titles say, "Part 1" -- if part 2 is similarly going to be about 2 mins, put 'em together. It'll still be a tight, compelling story, & perfect for Current.
BTW: I'm glad you got rid of that opening sting.-
