I understand the border fence between US and Mexico is really messing with animal migration and mating patterns. The is a very important topic. Species diversity is what makes our ecosystems work. Another topic in the news are the bees. We loose them and we loose crop pollination. We can only guess at the devastation to follow. Bla bla bla I go.....anyway, great video. You presented this story in a very clear and understandable way. I am starting to really like these very short videos that plant a seed of thought into our heads. TJ Walkup of www.omnificpictures.com says: yes GL yes to wildlife! With out pods like this the world will continue on the path of plundering! Genetic diversity is needed in all species. Humans/Dogs/Fish...everything!

Reading this as a metaphor to apply to humans is also an interesting way to look at this pod. It brings to light how deadly walls can be--diversity definitely makes us stronger. Human disregard for nature conservation is smug and selfish and will eventually prove to be deadly--To answer Margo's question: No, we cannot live without cougars, elk and Grizzly bears.

An excellent treatment of a complex topic. A great start - you found an articulate and personable subject to explain the project. If you're only going to have one voice, it was a great choice. Loved the B-roll and supporting imagery. The only sticking point for me was the music - I found it a bit distracting. But all in all, I really enjoyed it, and thought it was very well produced.

Nice piece. I thought the music changes were very timely and the mood of the piece was shifted accordingly. On the same note the music towards the end was a bit too loud, It was slightly distracting. Good job on an important piece, nice interview.

Great work Jason. I think the piece has a strong message. One thing I thought while watching it was that maybe the interview could have been broken up with a few powerful information slates, instead of her having to carry the entire 4 minutes. But that isn't anything to hold this piece back. Great shots and very interesting subject matter. Good luck. GL

Great Production, Great Content!!!!

I would have loved to see how they work (if that is possible)...and to hear from other people she keeps referring to (the "we"). But, despite it, she is very engaging and the content is something that made me think. I never think about an arbitrary barrier/fence. Sounds like their work will be daunting. Undoing all the damage we have already inflicted on wildlife. Very nice work.
