You cant really hear the person talking but the video is very cute. I think this would be good if you can hear the people talking.

You might want to reconsider not putting the Sim modder in the video
PS way too much custom underwear in this video -
Um, I thought there was really no point to this video to be honest, because you can't really hear the people talking, and also, if the daddy was so great, why didn't he put the little girl in the shower, like she needed one? And why did he leave her alone to get into the hot tub with neighbors?

Yowch. What a traumatic childhood memory. Maybe I interpreted it wrongly, I suppose this wasn't the reaction you were after.
To fix the volume of the voiceover, you can probably use the mixer in your video editing program? I agree that the CC undies look a bit strange but I guess CC is part of the Sims 2 experience for a lot of people, so go for it.-
