good soundtrack, it gave a really nice feel to the piece. Definitely could have used more lighting, but I know options are limited when you are getting great little "slice of life" pieces like this.

Beautifully done. The man speaking is knowledgeable and gives a nice personal touch to the video. The shots of the food and preparation are nicely composed. One tiny criticism: I didn't like the pointing out of "Pork Stomachs!!!" with all the exclamation points. It implies that this is something so weird, when in fact it is a normal part of the culture. The piece is so perfectly unbiased, except for that moment when we get a red flag that might say, "this is not how we Americans eat."

But overall, such a great pod. I'm hungry now, too.
