10 Held in Russian Journalist's Killing

Russia on Monday announced that 10 people have been arrested in the killing of journalist and Kremlin critic Anna Politkovskaya, including law enforcement officers and a Chechen crime boss accused of organizing the slaying.

    • So a couple of years ago I went to this journalism event in Stockholm. I was one of the speakers, along with Piers Morgan, a British tabloid editor, and Anna Politkovskaya. She went last, and her moral gravity & utter seriousness made the two of us look like children. If she'd gone first I don't think either of us would have had the courage to follow her. A brave and brilliant woman.
