The charges against 2 administrators at Rider University were dropped by the prosecutor who originally filed them. The prosecutor initially said that school administrators are responsible for what happens on their campuses, but he now says that further investigations showed that in this case, the administrators were not at fault. The charges against the 3 students involved still stand.
