Ok, so it *is* crazy that one couple would win the lottery twice. I mean, tons of people buy lotto tickets. But I bet if you did a statistical analysis, it wouldn't seem quite as crazy. The dude spends $42 a week on Lotto tickets...and has done so for the last 30 years. That's $65,520 on lotto tickets. That's still a great payout for them, but they definitely increased their odds of winning buying that many tickets on a regular basis.
