I sort of wonder if you could have taken it even one step further and done away with "this is your"...the icons work so simply and say what needs to be said in a more immediate way.

I liked the concept, simple, to the point, although I will agree with another poster that the colors don't work for me (too much pastel with the sky blue and the pink) but that's just my opinion. I'm trying to picture it with Current colors though (green background and white images/letters) Any chance you can try it with different colors and re-upload under a different title? That way you can try and have two uploads he he.

I don't know man, I don't know if it would carry out the message without the "This is your" tag. Lets face it, you and I get it because we've seen it. But to a new current viewer, or a current viewer that hasn't seen the promo before, the message will get lost, they'll just simply think "huh? TV? World? Current??" it just leaves too much questions, not enough insight. But then again that's me.
I'm gonna borrow a phrase from my american history teacher when he explained to us how the essay format works. "You have to try and explain your message clearly (3 times in the essay) and you are to assume that your reader (viewer) is completely dumb, otherwise they won't be able to understand what it is your talking about" I know it sounds kind of harsh. But again, not to be redundant, but lets be honest, we can't expect EVERYONE to actually get the message by doing away with the "this is your" that phrase just helps solidify his message and make it clear (in artistic way) what he's saying. But now I'm rambling, so I'll keep quiet he he -
The graphics are good clean and simple and I think it's right for the audience. Maybe a souped up version with more heart hitting sound would be better though. Still like it though

Thanks for the GL on Chicken Calling Contest! These are great graphics, and the message is short and to the point; what did you make them in? I would play around with some bolder colors though, see how it looks...
