I'm not quite clear on your point. You show drawings of stylized violence with upbeat, cheerful music. What does this have to do with TV?

TV violence generally minimizes the blood and certainly strays away from people holding saws.

Look at a classic example of one of the more violent films that has been run on television: DePalma's "Scarface."

Aside from the ending gun battle (which, in the re-edited TV version is about as clean of violence as it can be), the scene with the chainsaw-wielding drug dealer is barely still in the broadcast version.

This is the kind of editorial work I do for a living. Such things as nudity, profanity and violence are very carefully scrutinized and removed. Even vulgar expressions in song lyrics are scrutinized and removed. Precious little gets past us.

The drawings are in a Japanese Manga style - the word Manga, roughly translated means 'Irresponsible art'.

This is terrible. Make content that MIGHT ACTUALLY end up on TV or go back to youtube.
