On May 1st, 2006 Elijah Mothershed was assaulted by the Los Angeles police department when he was shot in the right shoulder with a rubber bullet at close range, while filming the (A Day Without a Mexican Immigration Protest). As he attempted to raise from the ground he was then hit in the back several times with batons. This was an obvious attempt by Chief Bratton to sensor the independent media from reporting the true events of that day. Check out this attack on our rights to freedom of the press. The video starts at the end of the protest where a crowd of more than 450,000 people are dispursing from Mac Arthur park, when the LAPD decides to have a little fun. Please add this to your favorites, pass it onto your friends and tell them to do the same. Peace and Blessings, for more info. go to www.thejustusshow.com

Okay I had to say no for a few reasons and let me start out by saying I come strictly from a critique point of view. I felt this was just another Michael Moore film, one-sided. You only showed 30 seconds of the camera guy being knocked down. For all I know he could have been knocked down for no reason or he could of just told a cop to go (fill in the blank) himself. I just dont know. Where is the rest of the footage? Were there people in the crowd throwing things so on? Where is the other side to the story?
I felt the opening was all over the place and it seamed that the interview with Mary Grady was not an interview at all. I could be wrong but it just seamed that you were able to pull her aside and have her give a cheesy intro like some 1970s news reporter.
On the tech side of thing editing and audio needs some help. And why are your credits just as long as the piece itself? And last I just dont think you have presented enough facts to say THIS FILM PROVES .

well, my GL is more out of political sympathy than actually rewarding the quality of the video.
To make it better you need to shorten the credits at the end, its nearly a third of the duration of the clip.
Yes, you need to check your spelling, too.
And you need to give a bit more of a narration what's happening when and where and why, and try to hold the camera more steady and explain what's happening maybe when the guy is not getting up, as I don't really understand it.
But I really think it's great that you documented and publicised what was happening at the end of the demo and I thought it is a very important issue you highlighted. -
Love the footage and the voice over.

Check out my work sometime, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Humans no matter what skin they were neen and want reconition no matter which side. It is always the Fence we come to agreement or dis agreemnet. Dare or Double Dare. Then comes the Pass.
I dare the Officals to search thier morals as to respect were cussing is a form of a lack of it. It says they don't care about you or themselfs.
Consequenses go both ways of the fence and you should always be prepared as a scout boy or otherwise

Well done. It's not a finished pod in my opinion, but you have everything you need. If you had time to make some changes, then I'd sort out the sound (tin can voice over and phat beat really don't go together). Also, your credits a far too long. That's just weird. And you might have misspelled some things, too, but you better check yourself. Good Luck and keep the good work up.
