  • Mate...kill me...I hit the wrong button. I'd Greenlight this. The footage is a bit dark in parts but I guess you could fix that. Quirky story that I'm betting will get you on to TV. And I reckon this could even be longer. What sort of money is he making off his back-catalogue for instance?
  • Have you seen The Devil & Daniel Johnston?
Your pod has great potential to be more tight and polished. The material is great. I now must go look him up. GL!

When you get a chance, can you look at my film on dog breed discriminationAmbassadors of the Breed?

  • Yeah, this was cool. Great mix of interview and classic footage.

Please take a moment to check out my latest POD, BIG MEDIA fails again and feel free to give it a GL if you like it.

    Thanks.

  • OK, so creeped out by the teeth. Early footage of Stevie, his music, is pretty great. Wondered, at the end, what his hermetic world is really like. A mini-meditation on endurance and the meaning of life.

  • I've known R. Stevie for nearly 30 years. He's always been a faskinatin' subject. A full documentary on his work would be something like 300 hours long, considering all the music he's released. I hope this film gets Stevie the attention he deserves.

  • How about that, he has always been out there, but he was not there to be found. Imagine all those untold stories waiting to be told!

  • 100% all for this project, 100% all for R. Stevie, I'm telling everyone I can think of about this self-propelled creative force, I'm lucky to have run across his work,I never suspected it was out there, and its just the kind of rare thing my aesthetic is tuned to.
