Lately, it has been very difficult to buy a home in Florida. The yearly taxes for home buyers, has went up the sky and is no longer an affordable thing to do.It has become such a big issue that several laws regarding this issue tried to pass in the past but w/no luck. This time, it seems as if the law has good chances of passing and surely, if it will, Florida will be a much happier, affordable and fun place to live at.
