    • I really like your quick style voice over... it keeps it fast paced and moving.. thanks for your help at Rock The Bells - we ended up diverting 68% of the waste--so to answer your question at the festival- it wasn't neccesary a "green" fest, but we definitely made it more of a 0-waste event by turning 68% of what would have been trash into compost or recycling.

Please check out my pod- a parody on the film "trainspotting" --its a humorous take and inspires ways to make enviro changes it your life:

    • needs more video, more substance, less pictures

just a little photo album goes a long way

and most importanatly..... loose the ego-plug at the end....totally unnecessary...

let's not turn this into youtube...

...unless I missed something and you actually have other information posted related to this story.

    • This was great, well edited and an important topic.

Dams like this all over the world are destroying sacred sites and displacing people. Having lived in that area for a while, I know how important those sites are--Dawa is an amazing man and this prayer goes out to him and his people--Om mani padme hum!

The problem is that people also want/need electricity, how do you think indigenous cultures can adapt to modernity?

    • I learned much from your feedback, friends.

Current is a small network with limited budgets--but with a mission to tell deeply personal stories that large budgeted mainstream media ignore. This limitation is actually a blessing because with our tiny cameras and smaller crews we can investigate and invest in these discreet instance of humanity.

    • In agreement with rman9997, I find this story to be fresh, and on the edge. You've found a story, documented it, and delivered. You've done a solid piece of important news. GL and thank you for sharing the story. I think its so vital that we all share and tell the story. Its a way that we can effectively implement change into our society. Thank you for bringing out this piece that needs international attention. I hope to see this go to air.

    • these are the stories that should be told but rarely ever are. It's up to the people like yourself and myself to cover the stories and capture the history. We can rely on the mainstream to tell the truth we must define the truth for ourselves and give voice to those lives and struggles which are largely ignored.

      Bless you in your work
