YouTube launches remixing video functionality

This iMovie-like interface on YouTube lets you remix videos you've already uploaded to YouTube-- the video preview looks amazing but when I tried it didn't work. Is it working for anyone else?

    • It's based on Adobe's online video editing platform, which is indeed very cool (it should be: they are the people responsible for the Flash video technology that all of these sites run on!), BUT it has one limitation that really irks me: For music, the editor lets you choose one and only one track... and it plays nonstop during the entire thing. No nuance -- not even iTunes-level audio editing.

I totally understand that it's supposed to be simple, but that just seems way TOO simple, especially when good music is so crucial to any interesting video.
