Deaf Raves are a growing craze amongst young deaf people eager to enjoy themselves. Not able to hear the music, people dance and move to the vibrations coming from massive bass speakers in specially prepared warehouses and dance venues.

Watching this video was very refreshing. My God sister is deaf and I attend a lot of deaf events with her. There are always people staring at here and her friends when they sign because they are not use to being around deaf people. This video will help educate the hearing community because some hearing people tend to forget that the hearing impaired are human just like them.

Complete silence would be the best way to hear rave music. If only all raves were silent....

Amazing how deaf people can danceThis troupe of deaf dancers rely on visual signals given by two ladies dressed in white at both sides of the stage for knowing exactly when to move.

Kudos!
Being an Audio Engineer it makes me rethink some of my mixes! Make it hit hard so ANYONE can feel the music!
Wonderful POD! -

half deaf is an interesting place to be... you either benefit from all the things hearing people enjoy and deaf enjoy OR you suffer all the things hearing suffer and deaf suffer? i know its a double edged sword but i hope you come out ahead my friend... deafboyone
