James Henry, a freshman running back for the UT Longhorns, was arrested today and charged with felony counts of obstruction and tampering with evidence as well as for allegedly beating up one of the victims of a July robbery committed by 2 of his teammates.Henry's arrest brings the total number of University of Texas football players have been arrested since June to 6.
3 of the arrests (including today's) were in connection with the July robbery, 2 were for suspicion of driving while intoxicated earlier this summer (I wonder why they just say suspicion - did they not do a breathalyzer to confirm one way or the other?), and the 6th was on drug charges last week.
Good thing it wasn't the basketball team, or they'd be out of a bench!
