You've really got to wonder how China can keep up its policies of citizen censorchip in such a quickly changing society. Perhaps as Westerners, however, we simply cannot understand at face value how these two things may not have to be mutually exclusive.

My prediction is that the chinese army will be marching down the streets of DC within the next 100-200 years.
