This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. I have a few suggestions:
The first part of your piece is you talking and the second part is just b-roll, if you combine those and then add in interviews with local people it would give it a journalistic feeling that this type of piece really needs.

It's a start and a very important issue for all large cities but this footage could be anywhere, how do I know it's Beijing? Yes the air is bad but the pictures gave me no hint of your direction. When you talk about busses then show diesel smoke pouring out of an exhaust pipe. Construction, you need clouds of dust not people dumping small bags. Show people wearing dust masks to emphasize the health side. When in front of the camera loose the shoulder bag and the sunglasses as they are distracting. Obviously this is a work in progress but in my opinion most of your footage did nothing to advance your position. But your one step farther than others and even myself for at least trying. Thanks for the upload.

i very much enjoyed this topic and im glad that you chose to do a POD on it. However there was alot that could have been cut out, its good to have visuals but alot of it did not have any real relevence, and the few parts that did, you should have also included audio to explain exactly what was going on.
again i really enjoyed the topic, keep up the good work on that, good luck on your next POD-

PS- This is actually much cleaner air than usual in Beijing...usually you cant see more than a block!!! -
very interesting subject, but needs a narration or some graphics or something. maybe a before and after comparison.

i think it's great that you dared to go and do this kind of risky business.... .....no country wants the world to hear about it's negativo aspect. se! don't take any negative feedback as being the gospel... ...unless "they" - the gripers, can do better!
