For most of us, fear of flab is the reason we exercise, the motivation that drives us to the gym. Well it turns out all that exercise is just making us hungrier.

Weight is semi-easy to figure out. Calories you take in - calories you burn = weight gained or lost. Then your genetic make-up makes a difference but in the end it is that simple equation. if you burn more calories than you consume then you will loose weight unless you gain muscle enough to outweigh the weight. you see, its easy.

Duh. That's how I lost a crap ton of weight in like 6 months. But don't do it the way I did it. (I never consulted a doctor...until it was too late) I was whatÂ’s known as an exercise bulimic. I only left myself 100 extra calories a day that I didn't burn off.

Not true! excercise does not make us fatter. people do it to themselves. it's rather simple really. when people excercise, their metabolism increases, causing them to burn more calories, thus also increasing your appetite.
the trick is that you can SNACK throughout the day, but you should eat things low in sugar and fat. try almonds, or fruit or even all natural yogurt. a good trick is to drink water when you start to feel hungry.
the reason for this is since your metabolism is jacked up, it requires more energy to continue burning fat/calories throughout the day. so feed your body, but be careful of what and how much, and remember, you can't do one without the other. diet and excercise go hand in hand.
i hope this helps...
