Not Your Average Pet Cemetary

Caltrans employees have been secretly dumping the remains of hit animals over a cliff in the Santa Cruz Mountains. I can't believe that they wouldn't even let pet owners know their pet has died! They even went to the extreme of weighing down the bags with cement and dirt.

    • This is a terrible story. Kind of makes ya wonder about all those "missing" cat and dog signs. What happens to people's animals?

    • Horrible. Heartless. Many people feel their pets are family members. They deserve closure to help with the grieving process. I wonder how many owners in the Santa Cruz Mountains are still waiting, hoping their pet will return home one day.
