  • Interesting. It sounds like the songs are still coming through iTunes, but the purchase would show up on your phone bill. And since Starbucks is in on it, they must be getting some of the money from sales. But the price is the same as the usual iTunes purchase. So who loses out on this deal?

  • Is it just me, or Starbucks more like a bank than a hang out.? You get in, you make you're withdrawl, and you skip out. Who has time to hang out in a Starbucks anyway? This whole coffee thing is getting WAY out of hand.
  • Starbucks always brings me back to when I was unemployed in 2003 and that place became my office.. I still hear BANG BANGING in my ears ocasional to some bland jazzz and the yelling out of "Triple Latte Mochacinno"(R)--whatever that means.... every time I walk by... (which is a lot)

Now if Dunkin Donuts offerred music--I still wouldn't buy it there(these things will all have WiFI soon why do I have to be tricked into buying a latte just to get the latest MODEST MOUSE?), but I would get the chemically enhanced coffee...
  • I've gotta tell you I would love the instant gratification of downloading a good song to my iPhone. Too bad the songs @ Starbucks are not so hot. An instant pod download, however... Now you're talking!
