Freaky! I'm fascinated yet scared to death of these mysterious animals. How lucky was Sue! My question is: should you punch a shark in the nose? I think I would just pee in my wetsuit from fear and get eaten alive. At least its a good way to go.

DON'T PEE IN YOUR WETSUIT!! Sharks are attracted to the warmth... Everybody does it, of course, but definitely try not to do so when you're face to nose with a shark!

And Angela yes, either punch it in the nose (sharks have extremely sensitive snouts since that's where their unique electromagnetic sensors are located) or stick your hand in its gills. The gills trick is what saved a young man up in Bolinas a few years ago. -
