That chick looks like she's wearing '80's fashion to me. Perhaps that's why they call it "early '90's". Just to be different from all the '80's groupies out there, even though they're going after the same stuff.
What constitutes '90's fashion anyway? I don't really remember there being anything too distinctive. -

Guide to 90's fashionA nice list of what was cool in the early/mid 90's. Babydoll dresses and grunge is what I remember. -
to me, 90's fashion consists of Z Cavaricci's, tight rolling, skidz and keds.
