It's easy to forget with all of the import issues we've been having with China that there are underpaid workers on the other end, being subjected to even worse living conditions. Images from daringfireball.net

  • And...if the toys have lead on them, that means that the workers making the toys were exposed to the lead. Exposed to it on hundreds (thousands) of toys, all day. Which is a much higher exposure than your kid who was just playing with one toy...
